Check this out - Dave Loughlin, Sophie Gardner and Ben Singer are returning to host a New Acoustic Night, taking the stage for the Open Mic sessions at The Ladywell Tavern for the first time this Thursday 11th June.
There's already been tons of interest from local musicians and from those who travel far and wide for this event, so if you're going to be playing this Thursday, get right on down there good 'n' early to claim your space.
Anyone who remembers the old acoustic nights with these guys on Thursdays nights at The Royal George on Tanners Hill in Deptford, will be happily drawn back to the warmth and light-hearted atmosphere that built up during those cold winter nights and balmy summer evenings a few years back on down the line, when the band were known as redroute.
There is surely no better venue in the area for Dave, Sophie and Ben (Dune Lake) to once again make every Thursday a night that people want to go out and enjoy.
It's hard to pin it down, but one thing that makes their nights so special is the inclusive atmosphere and general respect for the musicians who are giving of their talents for free in an environment that distinctly lacks in any sense of pretence.
Come and join in or chill out with the music at The Ladywell Tavern this Thursday and celebrate the New Acoustic Night with Dave, Sophie and Ben getting it launched off and up with a bang!
